How to make it

  • Heat up your pot and add the olive oil
  • When the olive oil is ready throw in the clovers, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and ginger. Make a quick stir for 10 seconds and then throw in the leaks in and stir all together.
  • Reduce the fire low-medium heat and cook until tender and starting to take colour.
  • Throw in the pak choi and cook as well for another minute all together
  • Add you vegetable stock, increase the heat to medium - high and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally
  • Try the soup and add pepper and salt to your liking
  • Try the vegetables and make sure they are cooked. Once they are ready throw in the noodles.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are ready.
  • Your soup is now ready! Enjoy!
