How to make it

  • Cocina las verduras y el pollo mezclados por 45 minutos o mas, se retiran las pechugas y se le adiciona al caldo las mazorcas que se han cocinado antes, se deja a fuego hasta que tenga la consistencia que se desea.
  • Las guascas se adicionan pocos minutos antes de servirlo.
  • El ajiaco se sirve con el pollo desmenuzado y acompañado de la crema de leche, el aguacate y el maíz.

    For those that don't read Spanish I discovered viewing this recipe using the Google Chrome browser will prompt you to translate the page. A grey option bar pops up on top for you to select Spanish to English. It works quite well. Very interesting recipe.
