- 1 Can of black beans shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of extra firm tofu shopping list
- 3/4 Cup gluten Free bread Crumbs or Regular bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 2 teaspoons oregano shopping list
- 2 teaspoons basil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Adobo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Tony Zatarins shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Mrs.Dash Extra Spicy shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Put your can of beans in a large bowl and mash with a fork
- Process you tofu and add in with your beans
- Add your bread crumbs, mushrooms, and seasonings
- Mix well
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Shape your patties
- Put your patties in a skillet cooking 5 min. on each side or until golden brown
- Put it on buns topping with lettuce and tomatoes
