How to make it

  • Place first 5 ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds till foamy, pour into iced shaker, cover tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds and pour through strainer lid into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy!

    White rum (like Caña Brava, not rhum agricole) works better, and use the egg yolk, not the white.
