this is an easy dish for a party. its easy and is always a hit.

Ingredients
  • velveta
  • rotel
  • italian sausage
  • tortilla chips

Directions
  1. brown italian sausage
  2. drain sausage and place in crockpot
  3. cut up one log of velveta and place in crockpot
  4. add one can of rotel
  5. cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours
  6. stir occasionally until cheese is melted
  7. serve with tortilla chips
