How to make it

  • brown italian sausage
  • drain sausage and place in crockpot
  • cut up one log of velveta and place in crockpot
  • add one can of rotel
  • cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours
  • stir occasionally until cheese is melted
  • serve with tortilla chips

    I love the basic dip. We usually blend the melted goodness until everything is pureed and let it sit to churn in the yummy tastes. I have never put sausage in it and that will be on the agenda for the next installment. Thanks for posting!
