How to make it
- brown italian sausage
- drain sausage and place in crockpot
- cut up one log of velveta and place in crockpot
- add one can of rotel
- cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours
- stir occasionally until cheese is melted
- serve with tortilla chips

I love the basic dip. We usually blend the melted goodness until everything is pureed and let it sit to churn in the yummy tastes. I have never put sausage in it and that will be on the agenda for the next installment. Thanks for posting!
