How to make it

  • Bring stock to a boil in a large pot
  • Peel potatoes, carrots
  • Chop into 1-inch (approx.) cubes
  • Wash celery
  • Chop into 1/2 inch (approx.) slices
  • Chop shallots into quarters
  • Chop garlic cloves in half
  • Chop fresh chives
  • Add all above ingredients to stock, boil for 10-15 min or until all vegetables are soft
  • Add honey and cream cheese
  • Pour into blender
  • Blend on high until mixture is pureed
  • *Serve with garnishment of parsley and a dollop of fresh cream (optional)
