Banana Salad Dressing

Here is an adaptation of a recipe which uses ripe bananas for a delicious dressing for fresh fruit salad. Make it just before use as it will eventually darken. Ingredients
- Dressing: shopping list
- 2 large ripe bananas ( brown spots on the skin ) shopping list
- fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1/2 of a large lemon shopping list
- 2 tsp of sugar or honey or as desired shopping list
- 2 Tbs cream or as desired shopping list
- fruits of choice for your salad: ( strawberries, oranges, blueberries etc etc ) shopping list
- optional: some nuts if desired as a topping shopping list
How to make it
- Mash bananas with a fork or potato masher until almost into a puree but may leave a little chunky for texture if desired
- Squeeze on the lemon juice and blend well
- Add sugar and cream to taste
- Immediately pour over fresh fruits of choice
