Genius Chocolate-Chip Blondies - Big Batch

- 6 cups (35 oz by weight / 48fl oz) chickpeas or white beans shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp baking soda shopping list
- ¾ tsp salt shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- ¼ cup agave nectar or honey shopping list
- 2 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- ¼ cup applesauce shopping list
- 2 large bananas shopping list
- ¾ cup rolled oats shopping list
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- Pinch nutmeg shopping list
- ½ cup chocolate chunks shopping list
- ⅓ cup miniature chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line two 9x13” oblong pans with parchment.
- Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until very smooth in a food processor (you may need two or more batches depending on your processor’s size)
- Pulse in the chocolate, and spread in the pans.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Do not overbake - they firm as they cool.
