Single Serving Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix together butter, sugars, vanilla and egg yolk in a small bowl or mug.
  • Add in flour and salt and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 45-70 seconds or until the cookie looks done.
  • Serve warm.

    Works for me! Ideal when you need a warm soft chocolate chip cookie and glass of milk fix. Makes a pretty nice size cookie too. I used a small bowl and got a palm sized cookie about 1/2" thick. Thanks CaraSings, I enjoyed it!
    p.s. I added walnuts to mine.
