Single Serving Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie

My review: Works for me! Ideal when you need a warm soft chocolate chip cookie and glass of milk fix. Makes a pretty nice size cookie too. I used a small bowl and got a palm sized cookie about 1/2" thick. Thanks CaraSings, I enjoyed it!
p.s. I added walnuts to mine.

The only thing I use mine for is to boil a cup of water for tea or melt butter and now the occasional chocolate chip cookie fix.

I keep thinking I need to buy one, but it probably wouldn't be used for anything more than that, and I'm too cheap to spend the money for such little use. Same with a food processor. It sounds like a good idea until I get to the store, then I don't want to spend the money - haha!

You would love a food processor. I don't use my big one a lot but when I do it's a great help. I use my little one a lot and it was only a $5 one from the grocery store.

What a neat recipe Linda!! I have made a lot of cakes in a mug, but never a cookie!

I use my microwave all the time, I couldn't imagine life without it lol. Same with my food processor and blender :)
