How to make it

  • Cook onion in 1/8 cup butter until tender. Stir in crab, crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread mix over fillets. Roll and place seam down in baking pan.
  • In saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter, blend in flour. Add enough milk until mixture thickens (1 cup). Pour over fillets. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake for 10 minutes. Any white meat fish can be substituted.
