How to make it

  • Separate egg yokes and whites.
  • Chop egg whites into medium sized chunks.
  • Crumble egg yokes into a bowl.
  • Make white sauce by melting butter in pan and slowly adding mixture of flour and milk (beat in a separate container with a fork to ensure that there are no lumps). Add more milk, flour or butter as needed to make a nice white sauce.
  • Add in egg whites, and dried beef.
  • Cook for about one minute to warm all ingredients together.
  • Pour over toast.
  • Top with egg yoke crumbles
  • Sprinkle a little tamari on top and enjoy!
