Eggs Goldenrod

- 4- 5 hard boiled eggs - peeled shopping list
- 4 pieces of toast shopping list
- 1 pkg dried beef - diced shopping list
- tamari (may try soy sauce as a substitute) shopping list
- white sauce (alter as needed): shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour (or more if needed) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 c milk shopping list
How to make it
- Separate egg yokes and whites.
- Chop egg whites into medium sized chunks.
- Crumble egg yokes into a bowl.
- Make white sauce by melting butter in pan and slowly adding mixture of flour and milk (beat in a separate container with a fork to ensure that there are no lumps). Add more milk, flour or butter as needed to make a nice white sauce.
- Add in egg whites, and dried beef.
- Cook for about one minute to warm all ingredients together.
- Pour over toast.
- Top with egg yoke crumbles
- Sprinkle a little tamari on top and enjoy!
