Spicy Mexican Salsa. Pico de Gallo

- 1. 4 cups tomatoes, peeled, chopped finely and drained shopping list
- 2. 2 cups onions, chopped very fine. shopping list
- 3. 1 cup green peppers finely chopped shopping list
- 4. 1 cup jalapeno pepper finelly chopped shopping list
- 5. 8 garlic cloves, minced well with some salt shopping list
- 6. 3 table spoons fresh cumin powder shopping list
- 7. 1 teaspoon black pepper coarse grinde shopping list
- 8. 1 teaspoon canning salt shopping list
- 9. 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 10. 1/3 cup vinegar shopping list
- 11. 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice shopping list
- 12. 1/2 cup tomato sauce shopping list
- 13. 3 table spoons can tomato paste shopping list
- 14. 2 cups finely chopped cilantro shopping list
- 15. 1/2 cup chopped parsley shopping list
- 16. 2 table spoons EVO shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix the cumin, salt, black pepper, sugar, minced garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, EVO and lemon Juice.
- 2. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well, then add the chopped green peppers and jalapenos and stir well.
- 3. Finally, add the chopped cilantro and parsley.
- 4. Refrigerate or use immediately.
