Peanut Butter Banana Bread

a delightful blend of peanut butter and bananas resulting in an extra moist loaf. No eggs in this recipe. I used buttermilk
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or yogurt or sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana ( I used 3 ) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add remaining ingredients
- Beat with an electric mixer until well blended
- Place mixture in a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan
- Bake in a 350F oven until tested done in center
- Remove pan to rack to cool completely
