  • this makes roughly a dozen large to med. pancake. Cut down on the milk and can make into bisquits.
  • if you sift the flour you will get some very light pancakes.

    ~but~
    A pannekoeken with syrup?
    1 Cup of Sugar
    1 Cup of Corn Syrup
    1 Cup of Heavy Whipped Cream
    1 teaspoon of Vanilla
    Combined,bring to a boil until slightly thickened,stir occasionally...and serve warm slattered over pannekoeken.
    I pay my own way...so,what do you say,let's go Dutch on this recipe :o)
