Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce

- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 Cups chicken stock shopping list
- 1 Cup sun-dried tomatoes shopping list
- 2 Cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 Cup basil, fresh chopped (or more, to taste) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a saucepan, sweat the garlic in the butter until soft.
- 2. Add the chicken stock and the sun-dried tomatoes.
- 3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add the heavy cream and the basil.
- 5. Simmer until reduced to desired thickness.
- 6. Purée until smooth.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper
