  • Directions:
  • Peel and dice peaches. Place all ingredients into sauce pan and simmer just until peaches are soft. Allow to cool to room temperature and then puree the contents of the sauce pan in either a regular blender or with an immersion blender. Return to pan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce liquid and thicken slightly. Allow to cool completely and serve over anything you want. This makes about 1 cup of sauce.
