Easy Ham Carbonara

Ingredients

- 1 package angel hair pasta shopping list
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup cubed, fully cooked ham shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted shopping list
- 2 egg yolks, beaten ( I dont use eggs, I use milk and flour a slurry or butter and flour for a roux to thicken my sauce)TW shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- Cook pasta.
- In a skillet, saute the onion in oil.
- Add the ham, broth and margarine and heat through.
- Add drained pasta to ham mixture.
- Pour in egg yolks and cook until the eggs are completely set.
- Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
