- 1 Tbs vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup blueberries shopping list

- 6 oz white chocolate chips ( optional ) shopping list
- grated nutmeg shopping list
- White chocolate Cream sauce; shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 6 oz chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cube croissants into small pieces and place in a bowl
- In another bowl combine cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla and whisk well.
- Add the croissants and stir well to get mixture covered well.
- Let sit for about 15 minutes so croissants absorb the liquid mixture.
- Then stir in fruits and chocolate chips
- Place in a well buttered large 9x13 or 10 x 14 pan
- I divided my mixture into 2 biscuit pans, so my pudding of course will be less thick and take less time to bake.
- Bake 350F for 45- 60 minutes or set and puffed and golden
- Serve warm or room temperature.
- Dust with fresh grated nutmeg
- This also may be served cold and is quite good when chilled- tastes like a bakery pastry!
- Whipped cream, ice cream and the white chocolate cream sauce are optional toppings to be tasty fruit studded pudding.
- Sauce:
- Heat cream in a sauce pot till a near boil
- Add the chips, stir and remove from heat, stirring until sauce is smooth.
- Drizzle sauce over pudding in pan or cut pieces from the pan
