How to make it

  • Cook rice. I prefer brown, but any will do.
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix together egg whites and cornstarch. Toss chicken in whites with cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken, in small batches, until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile mix together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and pineapple juice.
  • Add veggies and pineapple, whichever you like in any amount, chicken, and honey/soy sauce. Simmer on low heat until veggies are tender, about 10 minutes.
