How to make it
- Playing with food, Part ???
- Made each of us two little plates to try different versions of (finally) finishing up the Red Pepper Sauce/Salsa –
- one: warmed hash-style salad of beets, smashed potatoes, grilled chicken, pepper salsa and feta.
- two: cold layered salad of beets, greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette, pepper salsa, grilled chicken and feta.
- Wanted to see which we preferred, but that didn’t work – they were both very good in their own ways.
- a Chef's Journey recipe
- Wine choice winners: Bonair Chardonnay worked with the warm salad & St. Laurent Chardonnay won with the cold salad. Neither of us wants roasted red bells for a while!
