How to make it

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over mediumhigh. Add garlic; sauté 3 min., or until
  • golden brown. Stir in rice; saute 2 min.
  • Add water, lime juice, and salt; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir in cilantro and lime zest.
