How to make it

  • Mix together butter, sugar and cocoa, then very gently,
  • fold in eggs, do not beat. Add flour and mix in.
  • Pour into greased baking tray and bake at 180* for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Be careful not to overcook because the will become hard.
  • Remove from oven when ready and cool, pour icing over.
  • Icing-
  • Melt the butter, remove from heat. Do not allow butter to boil. Gradually add the icing sugar and cocoa to make smooth icing.
  • Slowly add the milk and almond ess. Mix well and pour over brownies.
