Chocolate Brownies

- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- icing shopping list
- 3 Tsp of butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 2-3 Tsp milk shopping list
- 1 tsp almond ess shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together butter, sugar and cocoa, then very gently,
- fold in eggs, do not beat. Add flour and mix in.
- Pour into greased baking tray and bake at 180* for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Be careful not to overcook because the will become hard.
- Remove from oven when ready and cool, pour icing over.
- Icing-
- Melt the butter, remove from heat. Do not allow butter to boil. Gradually add the icing sugar and cocoa to make smooth icing.
- Slowly add the milk and almond ess. Mix well and pour over brownies.
