How to make it

  • Sauce:

  • 1) Put sour cream and mayonnaise into a tupperware dish. Stir to mix.
  • 2) Squeeze and strain the juice from one lime half and add into the mixture. Stir thoroughly.
  • 3) Dice jalapeno slices, removing any seeds. Add to mixture and stir well.
  • 4) Add all of the spices, stirring to mix thoroughly.
  • 5) Cover the container and refrigerate sauce. (Sauce is even better if you make it the night before!)
  • Tacos:

  • 1) Shred lettuce. Put into tupperware dish and refrigerate.
  • 2) Dice tomato. Put into tupperware dish and refrigerate.
  • 3) Peel and seed avocado. Slice thin and put into tupperware dish. Squeeze lime juice from other half of lime over avocado. Cover and refrigerate.
  • 4) Bake fish fillets according to instructions on back of package. Once they are cooked, cut them in half length-wise.
  • 5) Place flour tortillas between 2 plates and microwave for 1 minute or until warm.
  • After that, just layer the lettuce, tomato, a couple of avocado slices, and 2 fish fillet halves on a warm flour tortilla, and spoon sauce over it. YUMS!!!
