Bread Pudding With Brandy Sauce

- 6 c. gran . sugar shopping list
- 14 lg. eggs shopping list
- 6 c. milk shopping list
- 6 tsp. pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 loaves staled French bread shopping list
- 3 c. light brown sugar shopping list
- 4 1/2 c. softened butter shopping list
- 2 c. chopped pecans shopping list
- 8 oz. golden raisens shopping list
- sauce shopping list
- 2 c. powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 4 tsp. pure vanilla ext. shopping list
- 1 cup brandy your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- grease 2 9x13 pans
- Mix gran. sugar, eggs, milk in a bowl
- add vanilla
- pour over cubed or torn staled french bread
- let stand 10 min.
- In another bowl mix raisens , brown sugar, butter and pecans
- pour bread mixture into 2 pans
- sprinkle brown sugar mixture over the top and bake for 35-40 min.
- or until set.
- remove from oven
- For sauce
- Mix powdered sugar butter, eggs, and vanilla in a sauce pan.
- Over med heat stil til sugar is dissolved.
- Add brandy and cook down.
- Pour over bread pudding.
- I like to put back in oven til bubbly
- Then serve while warm..
- Delicious!! Warm or cold!
