How to make it

  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Tamari (a natural form of soy sauce. It is sometimes called “shoyu.”)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh basil picked and washed
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Boil pasta as per instructions on box with salted water. When done, drain and cool and place in a big bowl. Add all dry ingredients, except basil and garlic to pasta and stir well.
  • Place vinegar, tamari, and oil, plus garlic and basil in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add dressing to salad and mix well.
