Marinated Shrimp & Artichokes

- 1/4 balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tblsp freshly chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 tblsp finely chopped green onions shopping list
- 3 tblsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 envelope garlic & herb dressing mix shopping list
- 1 pound peeled, devined, large, cooked, shrimp 21/30 count shopping list
- 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained & cut in half shopping list
- 1 6 ounce can black olives drained shopping list
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes shopping list
- 1 4 ounce packet feta cheese (cut in 1/2 inch cubes) shopping list
- Small fresh basil leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together vinegar and next 4 ingredients, stir in the shrimp and next 4 ingredients.
- Cover and chill 8-24 hours
- Stir in basil just before serving
