Ingredients
- 3 tblsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 6 boneless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise shopping list
- 3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs shopping list
- 3 tblsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- Oven at 375 degrees
- Melt Butter
- In bowl mix together mustard, cayenne pepper. Brush mustard onto the chicken and then dip the chicken in egg and dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Bake 30-40 minutes
