Turkey Meatballs Con Chile Verde

- 1 lb. ground turkey shopping list
- 1 egg, stirred with fork shopping list
- 1/2 cup panko shopping list
- 2 t. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 t. onion powder shopping list
- 1 T. chile powder shopping list
- 5 T. Trader Joes salsa verde (use your own) shopping list
- Combine the ingredients to make about 20 meatballs. Bake at 350-375 for 30 mins. Turn over and bake 10 more minutes. I used glass (pyrex pie pans) to cook these. shopping list

- 1 small yellow onion sliced in half moon shapes shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chunks of Brandywine tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 (12 oz) Trader Joes salsa verde use to taste shopping list
- In a large saucepan or skillet, 2 t. evoo heat med-hot. Add the tomatoes and when they are warm, sprinkle on the minced garlic. Stir lightly, and let bubbles happen around the edges of the pan. Now add the salsa verde . stir to warm, and take off the heat. shopping list
- When the meatballs are done, pour the salsa over them and spread the half-moon sliced onions over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 or 30 minutes. shopping list
