Chunky Chicken Rice Soup

- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed shopping list
- 1 package (6 ounces) grilled chicken strips, cut into 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice shopping list
- 1 tblsp minced fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- in pan combine the first six ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat reduce heat and cover and simmer for 5 minutes then stir in rice and parsley remove from the heat cover and let stand for 5 minutes
