Stuffed Spring Peas

- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 tsps minced chives shopping list
- 1 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dill weed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning shopping list
- 36 fresh snow peas about 1/4 pound, trimmed shopping list
How to make it
- in a large bowl combine the first seven ingredients, cover and put in fridge overnight
- Let the filling stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, meanwhile in saucepan , bring 6 cups of water to boil, add snow peas, cover and boil for 1-2 minutes, drain and immediately place peas in ice water, drain and pat dry.
- Gently split peas open and pipe about 1 tsp of filling into each pea.
