青豆濃湯 Green Pea Cream Soup

- 500 g green peas shopping list
- 500 ml stock shopping list
B
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp flour shopping list
C
- ¾ tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp pepper shopping list
- 500 ml stock shopping list
D
- 125 ml milk shopping list
How to make it
- Stir-fry B over low heat until fragrant and pasty.
- Bring A to boil; cook until green peas are soft. Then liquify with a blender.
- Gradually pour small portions of liquified peas over the paste several times; stir until mixed well.
- Add in C; bring to boil.
- Add in D; turn off heat immediately.
