How to make it

  • Rinse and drain garbanzos and black beans.
  • Place beans, herbs, onion, garlic, and chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.
  • Whisk oils, vinegar, lemon juice, and spices together and add to bean mixture. Toss well. Allowing the salad to marinate overnight before serving makes it better.
