Chilli Tofu

- • ½ Bowl tofu /Paneer, Cubes shopping list
- • 1 Medium Sized onion, Sliced shopping list
- • 1 Large green capsicum, Thinly Sliced shopping list
- • 1 Small Sized tomato, Diced shopping list
- • 3-4 Green Chillies ,Chopped shopping list
- • ½ tsp ginger paste shopping list
- • ½ tsp garlic paste shopping list
- • ½ tsp black pepper Powder shopping list
- • 1 Pinch turmeric powder shopping list
- • 1-2 tbsp green bell peppers shopping list
- • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce shopping list
- • 1 tbsp soya sauce shopping list
- • 2 tbsp corn flour shopping list
- • 1 tsp vinegar shopping list
- • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for Garnishing) shopping list
- • 1 Bunch green onion( for Garnishing) shopping list
- • water as required shopping list
- • oil for fry shopping list
- • salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over a high heat. Add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato. Toss well
- Step 2: Add tofu or paneer in to the mixture and Stir it. Then add soya sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli sauce and green chillies .Cook frequently for few minutes
