How to make it

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot and add 4 cups of the marshmallows, peanut butter, salt and peanuts.
  • Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining marshmallows, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Scrape into a parchment lined 9” pan and press in evenly.
  • Let cool to room temperature before removing from the pan and cutting.
