清蒸鳟魚 Steamed Trout

- 1 trout (about 500g) shopping list
- 1 coriander stalk shopping list
- 3 tbsp oil shopping list
A
- 1 tbsp rice wine shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
B
- 4 tbsp scallion, finely shredded shopping list
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves shopping list
- 1 hot red pepper, finely shredded shopping list
C
- 125 ml stock shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- ¼ tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Clean the fish, stuff with coriander stalk and marinate in A for 20 minutes.
- Steam the fish for 12 minutes or until cooked. Remove from heat, discard the liquid and place on serving plate.
- Sprinkle the fish with B; then drizzle with 3 tsp boiling oil.
- Bring C to a boil; pour it over the fish and serve.
