How to make it
- Combine 1 C of water & 1 C sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Add 12 oz pkg cranberries. Return to a boil. Cook 10 minutes without stirring. Pour into bowl and allow to cool.
- Add 2 fresh jalapenos (seeded and finely chopped), 1 T fresh cilantro, 1/2 t cumin, 2-3 green onions, sliced, 1 T fresh lime juice and mix lightly. Refrigerate. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
