How to make it

  • Take Curd in a bowl , Beat it . Add Semolina (Rava) and put water to make the batter. The batter should be little thick as much as u can pour it in a vessel to steam. Add salt as required, put baking bowder 1 teaspoon , 1 spoon oil and beat it again.
  • Now pour this batter in a vessel and steam it. (To check whether its done or not , just put a knife in the vessel, if that batter doesnt stick to knife, it means yr dhoklas are ready)
  • Now take the vessel out, make small pieces. and remove dhoklas in other vessel.
  • For tempering: Take 3-4 spoon oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, a pinch of red chili powder and put these pieces of dhokla's... and it's ready to eat...:))
