Spinach-parmesan Dip

- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 10 oz's spinach shopping list
- 1/2 cup basil leaves (loosely packed) shopping list
- 1/3 cup softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup fat free yogurt (plain) shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated) shopping list
- 1 lime shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Chop garlic cloves and add the saute for about 1 minute.Add salt and spinach and saute for about 3 minutes or until spinach wilts. Place spinach mixture in a colander, pressing until mixture is barely moist.
- Place spinach mixture, basil, cream cheese, and pepper in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a decent sized bowl. Cut lime in half then squeeze the juice from the lime into the mixture and add yogurt and parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture, and then chill.
