Freezer/slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

- large package of chicken thighs shopping list
- 1-1.5 cups teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 2 peppers cut up shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic shopping list
- 1/2 white onion shopping list
- can of pineapple w/ juice shopping list
- 2 carrots sliced shopping list
- 1 zucchini sliced (optional) shopping list
- salt and pepper to season shopping list
How to make it
- throw all the ingredients into a large ziploc bag, let out the air and close up tight. **I suggest not flattening the bag to make it fit in the freezer easier..because it wont fit in the slow cooker unless you thaw it out first**
- Slow cooker:
- empty the ziploc bag and place the slow cooker either on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- serve over rice :)
- makes enough for left overs
