How to make it

  • throw all the ingredients into a large ziploc bag, let out the air and close up tight. **I suggest not flattening the bag to make it fit in the freezer easier..because it wont fit in the slow cooker unless you thaw it out first**
  • Slow cooker:
  • empty the ziploc bag and place the slow cooker either on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  • serve over rice :)
  • makes enough for left overs
