  • Steps
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • rub chopped parsley garlic and oil on fish , set aside
  • cut carrots, onions, potatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and sliced cherry tomatoes put aside.
  • Place a large sheet of foil in baking dish
  • Spread half the vegetables in the pan. Place fish on the bed of vegetables sprinkle with salt. Pour rest of vegetables over fish. Pour wine over the fish
  • add more garlic parsley and oil mixture. mix well.
  • Cover with foil and fold the foil over the fish and crimp the edges to make a snug package.
  • bake for 25-30 minutes until the fish flesh turns opaque and begins to flake and vegetables are tender.
