- 2 CUPS OF 100% WHEY PROTEIN chocolate protein powder shopping list
- 2 SCOOPS OF INSTANT PUDDING shopping list
- 1 SCOOP OF SEMI-SWEET chocolate chips OR dark chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 SCOOPS rolled oats shopping list
- 1/2 CUP OF 100% REAL peanut butter OR 1 CUP OF almond butter shopping list
- ADD water UNTIL STICKS TOGETHER shopping list
How to make it
- Step 1: Combine Protein, Pudding & Morsels with Oats
- Step 2: Add 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter OR Step 1: Combine Protein, Pudding & Chocolate Chips with Oats
- Step 3: Add 1 Cup of Almond Butter or or 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- Step 4: add water until sticks together
- Step 5: Mix With Your hands
- Step 6: Roll Into 2 Inch Balls
- Refrigerate when done
