Dark Chocolate Oatmeal With A Side Of Minted Blueberry Yogurt

- 1 cup blueberries, fresh, or frozen and thawed shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry whole oats, cooked with water shopping list
- 6 ounces coconut or organic soy yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 3 or 4 fresh mint leaves, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Stir the chocolate chips into the cooked oats. Fold the blueberries and mint into the yogurt, and serve as a side dish.
