- 1 mini (five-inch) banana or 1/2 cup frozen sliced banana shopping list
- 1/4 cup whole oats shopping list
- 8 ounces nondairy "milk" shopping list
- 2 tablespoons natural almond butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon green-tea leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or 1 small fresh vanilla bean shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, whip together the banana, oats, "milk," almond butter, green tea, and vanilla extract or contents from inside bean until smooth. Pour the mixture Into a glass and serve.
