Black & Blue Salad

- 1 cup field greens shopping list
- 1 medium vine-ripened tomato, cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 serving all-natural whole-grain crackers (see package for serving size) shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled organic blue cheese shopping list
- 10 large black olives, sliced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning mix shopping list
How to make it
- Toss the field greens with the vinegar and herbs. Transfer to a salad bowl and top with the tomato wedges, then the olives and blue cheese. Serve with crackers.
