  • Preheat the oven to 450' F. Lay the pita, outer side facing up, on a piece of foil. Rub the pita with the olive oil. Pre bake in the oven at 450°F for three to five minutes or until slightly crisp. Top with the garlic, basil. tomato, and mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 450'F for five to eight minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a plate, cover with the greens, drizzle with balsamic, and serve.
