Banana Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream the butter and sugar together
  • Add eggs one at a time mixing well
  • Add the banana
  • In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixing only until moist.
  • Add the nuts and mix until combined about 5 seconds
  • Scoop batter into a greased loaf pan and bake 45-60 Minutes until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean. See Photo
  • Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool about 30 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and cool completely
