- 2 medium or large onions, diced shopping list
- 2 medium or large green peppers, diced shopping list
- Could use store bought onion and green pepper if desire as long you don't want to cut up the onion and green pepper shopping list
- 4 to 6 sticks celery, slice and cut (depending on how you like yours) shopping list
- 3 cans potatoes, drain juice shopping list
- 3 cans carrots, drain juice shopping list
- 3 cans corn, drain juice shopping list
- 3 cans green beans, drain juice shopping list
- 3 cans peas, drain juice shopping list
- Don't have fresh ingredients to make this soup and don't want to have the hasle of the can goods could use the store bought vegetables shopping list
- any other vegetables that you like to add shopping list
- 2 1/2 or more pounds beef stew or any other meat if desire (optional) shopping list
- 5 to 6 cups water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- seasoning salt shopping list
- any other seasonings to desire shopping list
How to make it
- In a stock pan add all of the ingredients.Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, seasoning salt and any other seasonings to desire.Let it cook for 35 to 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
- Beef stew or any other meat if desire is optional.There are people who are vegetations.
