Slow Cooker Pull Pork

- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1" slices shopping list
- 18 ozs (1 bottle) barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbl liquid smoke shopping list
- 1 Med. onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 Tbl garlic minced shopping list
- 1½ tsp chili powder shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Set crock pot to high for 3 to 4 hours.
- When pork is done, shred the pork using two forks.
- Return to crock pot and warm about 15 minutes.
- Serve on a bun topped with of the sauce and Cole Slaw as a sandwich.
