Mediterranean Sea Bass

- 2 sea bass fillets scaled keeping skin on shopping list
- 15g breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 sundried tomatoes shopping list
- pinch oregano shopping list
- 3 black olives, pitted shopping list
- 8 fresh basil leaves shopping list
- pinch cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- (1) Preheat the oven to Gas mark 4 (180c).
- (2) Apart from the Sea Bass put al the ingredients into a food processor & blend into a paste.
- (3) Spread the paste onto the skin side of the sea bass fillets.
- (4) Place the Sea Bass onto a baking tray skin side up & cook for 30 mins in preheated oven.
- (5) Serve with pan fried garlic new potatoes & salad.
