Mediterranean Sea Bass Recipe
The seasoned breadcrumbs add a mediterranean flavour to the sea bass. Goes great with some pan fried garlic new potatoes & salad.

Ingredients
  • 2 Sea Bass fillets scaled keeping skin on
  • 15g breadcrumbs
  • 2 sundried tomatoes
  • pinch oregano
  • 3 black olives, pitted
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • pinch cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions
  1. (1) Preheat the oven to Gas mark 4 (180c).
  2. (2) Apart from the Sea Bass put al the ingredients into a food processor & blend into a paste.
  3. (3) Spread the paste onto the skin side of the sea bass fillets.
  4. (4) Place the Sea Bass onto a baking tray skin side up & cook for 30 mins in preheated oven.
  5. (5) Serve with pan fried garlic new potatoes & salad.
